• 스마트패드와 서버 구성:

- 스마트패드는 다양한 크기와 디자인으로 제공됩니다.

- 서버는 중앙 집중화된 데이터 관리를 담당하며, 스마트패드와 연결됩니다.

- 어디에서든 인터넷 접속이 가능하므로 회의실 예약 및 관리가 편리합니다.

• 회의실 사용 현황 확인 및 예약:

- 사용자는 PC나 휴대폰을 통해 전체 회의실의 사용 현황을 확인할 수 있습니다.

- 미리 예약하고 싶은 회의실을 선택하여 예약할 수 있습니다.

• 자동 입구 명패 전송:

- 회의실 예약이 완료되면 시간에 맞추어 회의실 정보가 자동으로 해당 회의실의 입구 명패로 전송됩니다.

- 이를 통해 참석자들은 회의실 위치를 쉽게 확인할 수 있습니다.

With internet access available from anywhere, meeting‑room reservations and management become effortless.

· Checking Meeting‑Room Availability & Making Reservations

Users can view the real‑time status of all meeting rooms from their PC or mobile device.

They can select the room they want and make a reservation in advance.

· Automatic Display Update at Room Entrance

Once a reservation is completed, the meeting‑room information is automatically sent to the entrance display at the scheduled time.

This allows attendees to easily locate the correct meeting room without confusion.
